First of all..I think I am addicted to Instagram, I wish I could add the filters to my photographs and not post them all, but alas. Most people are probably bored of me now, as I literally Instagram everything. So it's the end of my week off and although I have been mega productive, I feel I haven't been productive enough...that pile of ironing is still staring at me. Damn it.
Only back at work for a week, then we are off to Cornwall, really looking forward to getting away from Birmingham for a while. There is something about sea air that solves everything...that and fish and chips. I've missed my work banter though and I really do love my job, so happy to get back. I've filled my week off with food, decorating, tea and shopping...probably too much shopping my bank balance is screaming. The fact that I have Dey's birthday, Mother's day and a holiday to fit in out of my available funds is making my stomach turn a bit.
I want to say thank you for all your lovely words on my last post, I didn't link to it anywhere, because I literally was just writing to get my feelings out...sometimes I need my blog for that. Your emails made my heart melt, and I sincerely appreciate just how many of you care about me and offered me someone to talk to...for that I will be eternally grateful.
Yesterday saw me head in to Coventry for a photo shoot I had planned with a beautiful little girl called Abigail, I'll post more pictures on to my photography blog once I have sent the finalised prints to her Mama, but I am very happy with the outcome. You can see a snap of her beautiful face above.
Love always.

Noo don't apologise for all the pics - I like seeing what everybody's up to! (plus I'm also an Instagram addict). Didn't know you were a Brummie - I grew up in B'ham and only left about 3 years ago!
ReplyDeleteI've been loving it since you got instagram, always enjoy your pics!

ooooh Cornwall, I love it there. Always come back 4lbs heavier from fish and chips, cream tea and fudge :) xx
ReplyDeleteGem I've just read the post below and my heart went out to you aswell as my little hat tipping itself to you. I think far too many people forget that a blog is personal and can hide their feelings under outfit posts and pretty photos, I know I'm one of them and have had times where I want to blurt my feelings out onto it but then thought "oh no best remove", so again hat tipping and hats off and bows and other signs of respect to you, you and your blog are amazing.
ReplyDeleteClearly this comment sounds like it should be on the post below so I'll make it more relevant to this one now by admiring the next mugs. That is a next mug in the first picture? They make the PERFECT size cup of tea. Not to small, not so much that it makes your stomach bloat. I love them. Almost as much as tea itself. And cream eggs.
xx
