Back again with my inspirations of the month, this time for March. You can catch January here & February here if you want to have a look. After going through a difficult time lately, I am trying to cheer myself up by concentrating on my wedding. I recently booked our Photographer & I couldn't be happier with Hannah. I am so excited to see how her shots turn out, frame them and show them off! I have actually purchased some balloons like you see in the picture above, at 36 inches in diameter...they are huge. Apart from that I am very glad it's March, nearly time for the spring flowers to start poking their noses out of the cold dirt. Warm but chilly mornings, where you feel like sitting in a park, with a cup of hot chocolate - simply people watching. And the light mornings always inspire me to get up and get out of the house, camera in tow.
I've been dreaming about sheer fabric's, afternoon tea, beautiful fresh recipe's and city living a la Carrie and Big. I've also been indulging in new books, currently reading Gone Girl to be followed with Inverted World. Catching up with Rachel, Rosie, Emily, Rosie and Carrie's blogs, longing for new adventure's and mini trips and sprucing up my wardrobe with a few holiday essentials ready for Mexico in May.
I just can't wait for that beach.
I posted that 'Happy Things' on my blog the other day :) Love it.
ReplyDeleteI hope the focus on your wedding helps you cope [as much as you can] with what's happened recently. Having lost a grandparent myself only a couple of months ago I know what you're going through. Thinking of you Gem. xx
